reflexology

Reflexology

Reflexology is part of natural healing. A touch applied to specific areas of the feet makes it possible to locate tensions and to restore the balance of the body in the corresponding zones. Reflexology stimulates the self-cure capacities of the body. It is a manual technique which has a global approach of the body. According to reflexology and their clients, reflexology obviously makes it possible to relieve various disorders without medical treatment.

Cupping therapy

Chinese cupping therapy has been a part of ancient traditional chinese therapy for over 2000 years; it is performed by placing cups onto the skin by suction. Underlying tissue is drawn up into the cups when they are left on the skin for a few minutes, causing blood stasis and this is when healing begins to take place.Cupping therapy opens up the meridian channels, channels through which the life energy (Qi) is able to flow freely throughout the body and through all organs and tissues. It releases rigid soft tissue and stubborn knots. Contracted, tense and painful muscle tissue will soften quickly with just a few minutes of cupping.

Skin scarping (Guasha)

Gua Sha is another traditional healing technique used in Asia, but little known in the West. It involves palpation and cutaneous stimulation where the skin is pressured, in strokes, by a round-edged instrument; that results in the appearance of small red petechiae called 'sha', that will fade in 2 to 3 days. Raising Sha removes blood stagnation considered pathogenic, promoting normal circulation and metabolic processes. The patient experiences immediate relief from pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, nausea, and so on.

Manual Osteopathy

After examining the area where the patient indicates, we work in concert to protect the thick bundle of nerves running the length of the spine. During spinal manipulation, Manual osteopathic practitioner performs a series of swift motions that realign all those intricate moving parts usually with their hands but sometimes with a small device to help wrangle bones and soft tissue. The unbalanced back muscle tenderness usually will cause vertebrae dislocation which cause all types of back pain. Manual Osteopathy is an effective way to fix this problem within several sessions. Also, after every therapy, manual osteopathy would provide the rehabilitations guidance to help patients strong their muscle and enhance joint mobilization.

Aromatherapy

Therapist will use essential oils to enhance psychological and physical well-being. There are a wide number of essential oils available, each with its own healing properties. They are used for a variety of applications, including pain relief, mood enhancement and body cleansing. 100% Pure essential oil can be ingested to purify different systems within the body and be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

Asian Nerval Reset Therapy

The therapist briefly stimulates the selected muscle receptors with a special tool. The light vibration will cause receptors to send a special message to the spinal cord.

That new message goes through the spinal integrating center which will reset the nervous system so that the muscle can relax effectively. With the reset, the muscular pain and tightness will get much better within an hour.

During each NRT session, the therapist thoroughly checks each area of the client’s body to locate any painful or tight places. Resets are performed for any dysfunctional muscles. The resets allow the muscles to return to a healthy state.

Fascia Release

The solid fascial tissue divides, supports, and connects the different parts of the body system, the liquid fascial tissue feeds and transports messages for the solid fascia.

The liquid fascial tissue carries oxygen through our body. If lymph is blocked, then the speed of releasing oxygen from cells is slower than the speed of pumping in oxygen, then the excess O element will react with carbon and creates CO3 which is acidic under the skin as a result of oxidation reaction. And also the extra oxygen can reacts with calcium which is an element from bones. Then it creates micro calcification at the site...Those residues can create inflammation and pain, also block nutrients to flow throughout our body and lead to many health problems.

We use our unique technique to open many portals, providing those residues and excess oxygen a

way to leave our body though our skin and rebalance the body to a better healthy state.
